The new headquarters of Siam Trade Development is located 1.5 km from the highway number 1, in the province of Pathum Thani (Greater Bangkok). The area knows no traffic and pollution problems and the environment is absolutely peaceful and familiar.
Offices are located on the second floor and have direct access to the rental warehouses below. The entire building has being built in compliance with the rules of the Revenue Department and the Thai FDA, in order to accommodate companies and products that require operating and import licenses.
For your office spaces in Thailand we offer different solutions:
Common space features a relax (think-tank) area with sofa and TV set and a coffee corner where you can enjoy a dring or a quick bite.
An equipped meeting room is available for meetings and videoconferences upon reservation. Parking is inside the property.
Our office are compliant with VAT requirements. As foreign investor, your business needs to have a permanent and physical office space with your Company Signage clearly visible and a Certificate of Approval by the Land Owner / Building Owner to allow you to conduct business on the property in order for your business to register for Value Added Tax (VAT). Officials from The Revenue Department will conduct a site visit to verify your business location before they approve your VAT Registration.
VAT Registration is not compulsory in Thailand. But, if you hire foreigners, or your revenue exceeds 300.000 THB in a month (or 1.8 million THB in one year), or you import goods, or you need a license in Thai FDA, you will be required to obtain the Por. por 20, certificate of VAT number.
Setting up you company in a common Virtual Office or Serviced Office may be a problem when you ask for Thai FDA License: both office and warehouse must have specific requirements.
